Victoria Jokers are 2025 VILL Champions

Our Vancouver Island Lacrosse League playoffs are a wrap, and we would like to congratulate the Victoria Jokers on winning the VILL Championship! The Jokers emerged as the VILL South Division winners, and defeated the VILL North Division winners the Cowichan Thunder to claim the 2025 VILL title. The Jokers are now getting organized for a trip to Prince George to compete in the Glen "Moose" Scott BC Championships, Aug 8-10.

Individual Awards:

Top Scorer = Colin Bell, Victoria Jokers

Top Defender = Zack Dhillon, Saanich Express

Top Goaltender = Logan Senft, Cowichan Thunder

Top Rookie = Apollo Claxton, Cowichan Thunder

Most Sportsmanlike Player = Drew Miles, Victoria Tugmen
